The Papier Tolé Shop
Me and some photo buddies decided to do an Intramuros photowalk last week. I realized two things. One, Intramuros is indeed a very beautiful place to wander around. Two, painit ng painit sa Pilipinas. LOL!
When we were approaching San Agustin Church, we saw this quaint vintage decor shop popularly known as “The Papiér Tolé Shop”. This shop was established in the 1600’s. They...

Boracay. Thank you.
I had a blast in Boracay and I accomplished my goal to think, rethink, and ponder on things. I felt that I learned a lot during my stay there. Photo spamming soon. ;-)
I’m so happy to be back home and I’m definitely going to go back there. ;-)

These are some of my unedited fireworks shots (except for the last one with a caption). I’m still learning so I find these photos quite crappy. XD I think a better location or perspective might have helped. I love watching firework displays all the time! ;-)

Spiced Ham and Cheese Crostini
I was quite bored the other day and hungry at the same time. When checked our fridge for some food I saw some French bread and the usual food staples. I immediately remembered a cooking show I watched where they made some Crostinis so I decided to make one.
Its very easy since you only need the bread and some toppings. On my end I chose spiced ham and cheese, I even added a dash of dried...

Gong Cha: The New Tea Hub in Town
I met with my good friend Camille two days ago for dinner and to chat as well. After dinner, we decided to try out the new tea spot we saw which was Gong Cha. According to one of the employees of the store, they named the store Gong Cha because it means Tea for the Royals (may interview portion talaga!). They even mentioned that they are originally from Taiwan.
Since last year, the bubble tea,...

Red Velvet Cupcakes and Conversations
I’ve always loved Red Velvet Cupcakes. Its unique taste and the interesting addition of cream cheese frosting always makes my mouth water. So after reading on some recipes for this pastry I decided to try and make one. I’ve been baking for almost a year now, just some brownies, bars, cake slices, and the home grown Pandesal.
This is my first time to try this. Fortunately, it turned...

This was supposed to be a wacky shot. C’mon!
Hello Bacardi! Woot woot!
My former team.
It was a fun night. Spending some time with friends and former colleagues who I haven’t met for a long time now was just priceless. However, I realize that I’m not that fond of alcoholic drinks anymore. LOL! ;-)
Visit Nomnomnom Restaurant! They serve healthy and good food with a...
